Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

  1. We offer standard shipping for online orders, which typically takes 7-10 days to deliver within Singapore. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. The estimated delivery time frame will be provided during the checkout process.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment through the designated shipping carrier’s website or tracking portal.

    Shipping Charges:

  • Local shipping charges will be at a flat rate of $8.

  • The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review and confirm the total cost before completing your purchase.

    International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. However, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Please contact us at +65 9654 2356 for more information before placing your order.

  • The recipient of the package will be responsible for any applicable customs charges or fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

    Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information.

Undeliverable Packages:

  1. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

  2. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, a refund may be issued, excluding the original shipping charges.
